We stand behind the work we deliver. If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

How it works

  • Email us at support@premierlistingpages.com with your order details and what's not working for you.
  • We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • Where appropriate, we'll first offer revisions to make it right. If revisions can't resolve the issue, a full or partial refund is issued.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What we consider

  • The scope of work delivered versus what was ordered.
  • Whether revisions have been attempted.
  • How much of the work has already been used or published.
